As the site grows we will offer the ability for visitors to post their own content and then make that content subject to review via comments and a rating system. If you are just starting out as a writer then this is the perfect place to get started. You can post your short stories here and receive helpful and constructive feedback from your peers!

The Story Starters page is exactly what it sounds like, I start by writing the first couple of paragraphs – and you finish it. Sometimes all we need to find success is a little jump start. Our Story Idea page is a place where you can find themes, outlines, character ideas and much more to help you in your planning stages. Very soon these pages will be live and available for access!

What's the best way to develop your writing skills? Read the work of successful authors! In a couple of months I will offer book reviews of my favorite authors. Writers of all skill levels who visit the site will have the opportunity to share with everyone their favorite author and which of their books to recommend. Reading is the easiest route to successful writing, reading is fun, relaxing, AND your still getting your “homework” done!

Like many of you, I have children in the house. The kids simply adore story time with dad. Children have a way of demanding quality content when it comes to bedtime stories. I've become a pretty darn good self proclaimed expert at telling humorous children stories over the past few years. Our children's content page will launch very soon!

Plain and simple, short stories are my “get-away” from real life. As a father, husband, and overworked business man, I've got enough reality on my plate to last a lifetime. For me, reading and writing offer the opportunity to experience the countless possibilities of the human imagination. Think about it, in fiction ANYTHING can happen. The freedom found in imagination is what continues bringing me back to reading, and writing great short stories over and over again.
